Our Retail space and wellness studio are open! You can enjoy classes such as Yoga(many types & levels),Barre, Faith Based Fitness class, Drumming class, Zumba, Pilates and Much More! If you don't see a class you might like- Ask us and we will try our best to get it for you! We are a wellness center and retail store that is located in Rural Southern York County. Our center offers Reiki sessions, energy healing, readings, workshops, yoga, self-guided & guided meditations, massage, and classes for mind, body and soul.
