Nicole Montanarelli

Nicole has been teaching yoga for over a decade and has been a student of yoga for over 2 decades. Her education is based in multiple disciplines. Starting with her first Iyengar yoga vhs, then through a venerable teacher in the Iyengar line and being guru taught in the line of Integral yoga and receiving her 200 hour from Yama Studio in therapeutic yoga in Md and most recently receiving her 500 hour training in the line of the Himalayan Sages as taught at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pa.
