Tammy Talarico

Tammy Talarico teaches yoga and fitness classes in the York, PA area. She is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and a 500 hundred hour experienced yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She mentors with Senior Iyengar Yoga teachers Dean and Rebecca Lerner of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Central PA. Tammy has a Master's of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from CALU and a Bachelor’s of Science in Wellness and Fitness.
